It LIVES!!!!

IAC was bad, hence the long cranking and no idle. Starts and idles on it's own as of today (vid was shot on wednesday) with some XFI tuning from me.

I am using a FAST XFI on my 93 Trans Am also and wondering how you are getting the A/C to work. Did you have to run parts of the factory computer. Seems FAST did not make it easy to run the A/C on the car. Mine is getting too cold and freezing up and also can burst the A/C line.

I left the stock computer on the car to control the A/C. I wired a relay into the green signal wire from the pressure sensor to the A/C Compressor. When the compressor is told to kick on, the relay closes and +12v goes to the pin for the A/C idle up circuit in the XFI box (the instructions are wrong, the pin needs to see +12v, not ground as stated). For the WOT Cutoff on the A/C, I simply wired the ground for the A/C Compressor to the pin on the XFI since it shuts ground off to the Compressor under WOT. I merely traced the wire from the compressor to the first junction it hit, cut there, ran a new wire from teh XFI box inside the car through the firewall and connected.

I have NOT tested everything yet as I'm still trying to nail down the tune and get some issues figured out with some backfiring through the exhaust under light throttle low load only.
