Love it in red !

The car looks better in person than on camera and when the motor starts it is pure heaven to hear that large V8 rev. I like the styling since it is close to the 69 Camaro, which is the best year for this icon in my opinion.

It is a steal for the money............is fast, handles well (IRS) and looks better than the Mustang. Out of the 3 Muscle Cars available from the big 3,........I like the Challenger SRT8 the best......it has the most presence, has an independent rear suspension and is very comfortable (although its performance is slightly off the Mustang GT and Camaro SS).

I think the point that you can have your CHOICE of 3 American made, Kick *** V8 coupes that perform on par with some of the fastest cars ever made.

The added weight isnt great......... but it has alot to do with safety equipment and standards / luxury equipment versus inefficient engineering..........your typical sports car is 3300 to 3500 lbs now (except for maybe some of the Lotuses or Miatas which are 2900 or 3000).

It is a good time to be a car guy of any kind.

Why are all the auxiliary gauges in front of the shifter instead of on the dash with the speedo and tach? Is that much of a hassle?

That is GM's modern interpretation of the 1st generation gauge packages, they were in the same spot. In my opinion the interior is hideous and the from the rear the camaro looks like a big Saturn Sky.

I'm definitely not a fan. I'd rather own a new 5.0 mustang over this. Now, had they released a Trans am, I might be saying something different. I just thing for the money your spending, you're getting the interior quality of a Cobalt. This of course is just my thoughts, and I mean no offense.

Very nice car and pics. Chevy really did a nice job on the interior.

Exterior styling beautiful ... interior

That cluttered gauge console is very wrong!

Too bad.

I've been in all three cars in it's class 2010 Mustang (non 5.0) Challenger R/T and a 2010 Camaro SS. I'd say the quality of the Camaros interior is on par with those cars. I think the dash looks goofy design wise but overall it was the best car of the three I was in.

I wish they would have copied the old school auto shifter.

For me this car is an excellent modern copy of a 1969 SS Camaro....this car is so fast and so much better than anything in that era.......get them while you can, because V8 cars are dropping off future plans for many manufacturers. Especially ones this affordable.

GM should seriously re-do the whole car. Ugly from every angle and the interior is horrible. I used to be a huge Camaro fan. Had an '85 Z28, '87 IROC and a '93 Z28. Always wanted a '69 but haven't had the funds for an original yet. But the new one's... The Mustang and Challenger look way way better.

GM will not be re-doing the Camaro anytime soon. In fact, they made 0 changes for 2011 except to add the convertible. It's the hot seller for Chevy right now.

Build quality is excellent right out of the gate, as mentioned in December Consumer Reports. Both the Camaro V8 and Mustang V8 are recommended by CR, while the Challenger is not. In fact, the only Sporty Car to be ranked lower than the Challenger is the BMW 135i- ouch!

People either love the Camaro or hate it. I like it. At least Chevy stayed true to the original concept, unlike Chrysler with the Charger some years back. I agree that the interior is somewhat gimmicky. But, hey, both the Rustang 5.0 & the Camaro SS seem to be excellent products in the $35-40k range. If you need the room and a back seat for rugrats, go for it!! Otherwise, it's only $5-10k more for a Vette. Rickman
