I hardly get any attention in the Vette, The R/T Challenger is another story.

Maybe it's in the way you handle your stick.

Man, your vette must be a dog? I can say that I get more attention in mine and when someone parks that Challenger schoolbus next to it, I get even more.

Why would you want a chick that is interested in you because of your car?? Think you mean BIMBO!!
Find a girl that is interested in you. Learn to dance, most girls love to dance, most guys don't, but those who do have really leveled the playing field.

Go ahead and buy one of those boats, i.e Camaros or Mustangs that weigh over 4000 lbs. Just remember you still won't have a sports car because there are 2 seats in the back.
Go ahead and get yourself a C5Z and be done with it.

I drove 5 vehicles during high school, including my '03 coupe. and i'll tell ya, nothing got the girls going more than my 2 trucks. the single cab 1985 mud truck, and a mega cab dodge diesel.

granted it was really easy in the '85.... it had saddle tanks

O, and btw i graduated in '11 so i'm not outta touch

You'll need a newer one to make this happen.

Have you ever really checked to see what the camaro and mustang ACTUALLY weigh???
That being said, I don't buy a car based on what other people think of it.
I guess the OP's dad backed out of buying him the Vette

You're right. It's not the weight that makes those cars handle like a boat. It's the awful suspension. That being said they can be made to handle decently. They still don't hold a candle to a modern Vette.

Well you have to be a little out of touch being that you had 5 vehicles in HS including an 03 coupe. The sickest ride I had in HS was an 87 sky blue, 4 door Cavalier. 3 of the 4 doors were almost completely rusted through but that 4th door, well that 4th door was solid as a rock man!

But that's also probably why they cost about 1/2 as much.
Really though, they're just 2 completely different types of cars which you really can't compare to each other. A mustang is a mustang and it does what mustangs are supposed to do.

Gloria told me that the rhythm was going to get me. Then it did. Then I got laid. Then I bought a Camaro. Then I stopped getting laid. Story over.

I had a '01 WS6 in high school and since no one really knew me when I got it, it painted me as a target for everyone to hate on.... Then again I went to Prescott High which had a total of like 1300 people when I was there, I think. All I know is my graduating class was 130 something, so I instantly became the stuck up rich kid that everyone hated without even knowing me. Small towns for you....

Just saying getting something cool can have the complete opposite effect you are looking for so be mindful of that. Chicks went along with the jocks and everyone hating so I got nothing in high school and it wasn't until senior year that people finally gave me a chance and it wasn't so bad then.

Now for the goods. Good C5 Z's can be picked up for under 20k and I think you'd be getting a good deal of perks with that. Now if all you're interested in is the trim then, you can look at used Range Rovers. They can be found for under 20k as well and for some reason young girls go into full sexy time mode. Don't ask me why just seen it happen a bunch of times. Only kicker is the damn car will fall apart as soon as you fill up gas for the 4th time. I'm surprised they actually make it off the lot....

Now I graduated in '04 but I do live in Tucson and I'm near U of A all the time. I can say what college girls are into and I'm pretty sure the HS ones are not too far off. European stuff is what gets them all sexed up. I'm starting to notice this about German cars and I just got one this weekend...

I will sell you my chick magnet... er... 2000 Camaro SS. I am married, so it is just a source of trouble. I can't cruise anywhere without a raging storm of vagina being thrown at me.

Here is a picture of this clean, fast ride.

If you buy it and later find a bunch of ladies thong underwear under the seats, mum's the word. It's a violation of man law to narc on a fellow playah.

Seriously, I do own the car in the picture. And I am willing to sell it.
