Was just wondering whether or not the later 4th gen Camaros are chick magnets or not, not solely considering buying one just for that purpose but because they are almost as fast as c5's and are like half the price. I'm 17 btw and am talking about Highschool girls and yeah I know I know not the reason to buy a car but it's always a bonus

I'm sure you could pick up your fair share of them in a Camaro F-body 00-02 SS.

I actually like that model better than the new heavy pigs that are out there today.

But... if you want to really bring in the honey's at school then you need a C5 Z06.

I can't speculate on the ability of a 2000 SS Camaro to score HS chicks without seeming creepy. I will say that I had a Camaro in HS though and it didn't do a darn thing to help me score. Of course I had a V6 so... I was going to say something really smart azz about the quality of chicks you pick up with a Camaro but then I remembered that it's quantity over quality in HS. At least it was for me.

Just get a car with a big back seat and let it be known that your rich uncle is dying and leaving you zillions of dollars. Nothing attracts girls like the possibility of great wealth.

I think that it's more about the guy than the car. If you're counting on the car to get you girls, then it's not going to happen.

Don't buy a 4th gen Camaro. They are old dude magnets.

I also don't care what anyone says. A nice car gets you a lot more attention than a plain one. This is from everyone, girls and guys included.

Every girl I've dated since I bought the C5 has hated it. It never actually stopped me from getting laid but they always seem to mention it. I guess something about a 15 year old American car doesn't really turn them on?

Want something fast and that will turn heads? This car did the trick for me when I owned it.



Want my advice? You're 17, don't buy a C5 Z06. It is too dangerous. If you're really set on the C5, get a coupe and save thousands. They're really not that much more than a Camaro SS. When I was 17, I bought a Audi A4 Quattro. The AWD saved my life more than a few times. All my friends with rwd cars crashed theirs. I'm 27 now and have owned 3 powerful rwd cars now. I have never gotten into an accident in any of them.

Just from personal experience...

Driving on I-95 in my black Z06, 4 chicks in a BMW pull up next to me, one yells "love your car", then they flash their cans.

Rented a Gen lV SS while on vacation in California. Got lots of gawking and thumbs up... from jr. HS boys.
