Default How rare is my ls1 ws6 hardtop?

I am a firebird nerd. I used to have this info handy. Does anyone have the sales breakdowns from the LS1 days? I remember my hardtop ws6 (manual) being pretty rare. I have been driving it a lot the last couple weeks. Feels like a tractor compared to my c7, but I love this thing.

You've got a very rare car there. I did a little looking on LS1tech.com, and here's what I found:

LS1 WS6 Formulas:

39 in 1998, 68 in 1999, 91 in 2000

39 + 68 + 91 = 198.

they made Formula LS1 hardtops in 2001 (179 of them) but it was not available in ws6 trim. in 2002 there were no hardtop LS1 Firebirds.

My '99 TA Firehawk doesn't get driven very much, but on the odd day that I do take it out, it makes me feel young(er) again.

Thank you very much for checking. Those numbers definitely ring a bell. I had the research on my bricked lap top, but wasn't sure how to go about finding them again.

Are you the original owner? If not, you can have the VIN at a GM dealership to confirm all of the factory specs.

Interesting. I am in a Chevy dealership about twice a month servicing my c7. I will ask what they can do for me.

The RPO codes in the door check out.

Sounds like you have a rare one! I only mentioned the VIN check because I had my used 1998 Z28 checked and the last owner put on some funky badges and the SS hood with the air intake. I really didnít know much about the F bodies at the time so I wanted to make sure what it was.

I actually don't think I've ever seen a hardtop WS6 before. Didn't even know it was a thing. Cool car!

(love the color choices - my Vette is the same color as yours, and the T/A I sold matches yours as well - you have excellent taste )

Haha wow, you as well brotha.

I honestly came to CF to check this thread for the answer again. It says you posted this today? How random. My ws6 ears must have been burning.

I checked threads started by me and it didn't come up. I opened the f-body forum expecting to have to dig, because I posted this a lllooonnnggg time ago. And there it was on the top. How random.
