C5 Exhaust manifolds on 2001 F-body?
Asking because I don't want to deal with headers. I don't want the noise or ground clearance issues or heat of headers.
I've been considering having my manifolds extrude honed, but then I thought I remembered reading about the C5 manifolds performing close to headers in the first place.
I currently have a set of Landspeed stage 1 heads and a mild cam. I'm thinking about getting a FAST 92 intake, and am looking for a solution on the exhaust side to make use of it.
Still in the research phases. Input appreciated.
