Transmission Code Help
Was looking at the ID tag on my transmission yesterday (I have a '68 vette). Looking at the tag it's clearly not the original tranny. But the codes didn't leave me many clues. Here is what it read (if my memory is correct):
top line
515
second line
CT 69 & some sort of sequence number.
Any help on what this came out of? Was it a dealer (warranty?) replacement?
