Default 64 rear body mount access plate finish

I used the search function, but I couldn't find an answer to what the finish on the rear body mount access plate should be. I assume it wasn't present during the undercoat and blackout procedure, but my original was mostly rust, so I have no idea what the plate or the mounting screws should look like when installed.

I painted mine a semi flat black. I assumed to be correct.

Semi-flat black is correct - they were dip-primed black prior to installation. There should be NO undercoat on them - they were installed after Body Drop.

Thanks,
Thats kind of what I figured. Should the screws be plated?

I think the screws are black as well.
