corvette collection

Does anybody know if corvette colection on RT.30 in Planefield is out of bussiness? Nobody answers the phone and the lot is empty.

That's usually a bad sign.

Personally, I always thought they were over priced.

Because of their price on a 96 Collectors Addition in 1998, I ordered a new 99 C5.

Rumor had it they were having some problems. I don't know the extent of it.

That's too bad. I bought my 03Z there 4 years ago for $39K with 700 miles on it and have been having fun with it ever since.

He got big money problems! he was selling cars and not tranfering titles or plates or if a loan was taken out he was not turning the title over to the banks. Still don't know about if taxes were paid on any of the cars

Bought mine there last year - paid $1800 for an extended warranty and he never sent in the application and couldn't get my money back. I talked to the state's attorney and an investigator for the secretary of state about them - they said there's a stack of complaints of non-transfer of titles 6" thick. The cars may be gone but the website says Greg's Corvettes will be there. I wonder if it's the same "Greg" that was a sales rep there. I think he was related to the owner, Rick.

I live just a few miles from the Corvette Collections, and the place is definatly deserted. No cars, nothing in the showroow, etc...

I shopped there quite a bit when buying my Vette...and there prices did seem a bit steep.

Greg's corvettes I think is the same but not 100% sure But still looking into it and will post if i fine out. And Greg was his son inlaw at the other place
