A couple of us are cruising up to true street drags at da grove sat night July 25
Johnny, Tommy, myself, my nephew, and possibly a couple others are driving our vettes up to Da Grove this late Sat. afternoon and evening, for the true street drags, which is a very big event that Da Grove puts on once a year featuring true street cars running in the 11s, 10s, 9s, 8s and 7s.
We are going primarly as specators to this event to take in a some great drag racing on what hopefully will be a beatiful end of July Saturday night, and have some good food, laughs, beer, cigars and just fun in general. If one wants to take their personal vette down the 1/4 mile at this event their should be no problem getting in a few runs and I might do that also depending on a few factors.
Just wanted to let the Chicago, Indiana and WI guys know that this event that should be a gas is taking place all day on Saturday with primetime being Saturday night!

i was there tonight! 
the rain scared all the major racers and was nice, so we didnt have to wait in the staging lanes for an hour between passes. Have fun this weekend. Ill be in ohio unfortunately or else id join you
