any MI members have Billy Boat PRT exhaust ?
Considering some future mods, heard it on some youtube videos, but would like to hear it live and in person
Any members in Michigan here have that exact exhaust ?
TIA

Try this link. im running them with no cats and it sounds like a nascar car. people tell me all time that they look cool and sound even better. my car is not a daily driver so i dont care about the resonance.

Have the B&B Bullets here; like Zack said, kinda loud over long trips. You're welcome to come hear them any time, I'm in the DEE-troit burbs.

prt drone
My friend just bought a 99 C5 A4 with a Billy Boat PRT. We just went to Carlisle this year from South Carolina and the drone between 1500 and 1700 RPM will run you out of the car. We were told at the show that an x-pipe might help with this but it would primarily get rid of the burbling on deacceleration. If you guys had any experience with ways to eliminate or minimize the droning we'd be grateful.

x-pipe will do nothing for the drone . I still have my PRTS I just live with the drone . I insulated the cars interior that helped a little . but there is no cure other then getting rid of them .

Melting Slicks
I have the PRT's on an '11 GS LS3 with stock manifolds, and cats. No drone at all! They were a bit raspy so I bought the resonated X pipe and that toned them down a bit but took most of the pop out of them. Love them now. Cruise is just a bit louder than the corsa touring on my old car.
