Chicagoland Wheel Repair
I need to get the a repaired in my wife's 2008 MDX. Scrapped a curb parking on the street, not bent, just scrape on the face.
Anyone have recommendations of recent work in the area I could use? I read some prior threads a few years old and they seemed hit or miss, what I would like to avoid since I typically end up with miss.

Do not use Wheels America In Elk Grove. They used to be great, but I had a couple wheels repaired from my Jeep a couple years ago and it was an atrocity. The paint flaked off almost immediately and they were balanced so horribly, it felt like I was driving an unbalanced washing machine.

Here is a great place for any type of alloy wheel repairs , small shop but does great work, matches colors perfectly.
I've had them do stock wheels , changed colors of wheels, bent or broken wheels and never had one problem, they probably did over 30 wheels for me.

I had my original alloys on my Ford Escape refinished by Chicago Wheel in Elk Grove Village. Very pleased with the quality and price.
My local Discount Tire had a contract with them. Discount Tire dismounted the tire, Chicago Wheel picked it up, turns it around in a day and delivers it back to them. Mounting and balancing was cheaper with Discount Tire than having Chicago Wheel do it.
