Chicagoland Dealer Recomendation for Service
Greetings Corvette Fam-
I’ve recently relocated back to the Chicagoland area, and need to bring my Z06 in for various service items, and the airbag recall. Can someone recommend a dealer in the area that they have a positive experience with? I’m in Naperville and have used the dealership here, but would rather not return.

Elvis from Stasek moved to Naperville during the strike. My experience with Stasek has not been good with my Impala. my vette doesnt have a warranty so i cant speak to that.

Elvis was the only tech at stasek who serviced my vette. Id recommend going there. Im near you and would make the trip for the service.

I have used Kevin @ Libertyville Chevrolet, with great results. Bill Kay in Lisle is also know as a very Corvette friendly store. I believe Kay owns Libertyville.

Since you are in Naperville Bill Kay Chevrolet should be a good option for you. I go there and think they are good but expensive.

Enjoy an nice trip up to Libertyville Chevy and see Kevin. They have a completely separate shop for Corvettes and other High Performance vehicles. Kevin will get it right!

Yes, Kevin Paddock is the man in charge of Libertyville Chevy's Performance division and he is a great guy. Reach out to him and he will lead you in the right direction. Other options for non-performance is Bill Kay Chevy in Lisle and the small ma and pa Chevy dealer in Roselle, IL, their name escapes me right now but google is your friend. Wherever you go, make a specific request that you only want an experienced corvette tech to work on your Vette get his name and make sure he is the only one who works on your cars and many of these techs are real hacks especially now with the crazy covid times we have been living in the last 2 years!
