[SW Ohio] Fall Colors Road Tour - Restoration Station Oct 21
You will want to attend the 2018 edition of this event.
Jeff Bernhardt does an excellent job at this, well organized and a lot of fun.
Oct. 21 Sunday
Drivers meeting 1pm
Scenic drive starts 2pm
Best to arrive IMO no later than noon. Like last year there will be multiple food trucks on site.
Location:
Restoration Station
250 Hiawatha Trail
Springboro, OH
easy to remember using the 3-2-1 rule:
3rd Sunday of October
2pm - Road tour rolls
1pm- Drivers meeting
for past videos, do a Youtube search for "Corvette Restoration Station Fall"

This is in my opinion one of the coolest Corvette only road tours! Never disappointed with the tour or the folks who put this on or the 300 or so attendees. Been a blast every year that I've been there!
But Tim, I do miss your videos of this event that you use to make.

Hoping to go again this year, we missed last year's. I know this statement is heresy, but I do think this event is getting a bit large. While seeing all these cars together is , just too much I think.

My fav parts are:
* the initial meet-up; seeing all the Corvettes arrive and talking to their owners
* the police escort when the road tour begins
* the halfway stop meet-up.
Some attendees do not go on the road tour, instead watching all the Corvettes leave, then go home right after.
Some attendees drive out of the area with all the other cars, then peel-off from the group and go home.
Some attendees drive to the halfway stop, then peel-off from the group and go home from there.
It’s all good !!!
There is an ending-event back at Jeffs shop; where the Road Tour officially ends up at. It’s a smaller group; and the discussion about Vettes and driving are great to be a part of.
The 2016 FCRT had 300 Corvettes. Last years was a rare one, in that it’s the first time I can ever remember it raining at a Fall Colors Road Tour event; and attendance was down. I would suggest arriving no later than noon if at all possible.

I Love the Fall Colors Tour, it is always fun to see all the Corvettes. Usually there are all years attending. I am part of the group that watches the cars leave. I love the shop open house!!!

GREAT Turnout !!! GREAT Event !!
Did anyone get the “Final Count” from Jeff ?
I know about 20-30 left before the the actual departure
I do like the previous years route better though...
Just my opinion...

When I stopped to talk to him afterwards he said he did not have an exact count but his best guess would be around 250. I do agree another great time!

225 drivers signed the liability waiver; and not everyone signed (I imagine some didn't know/want to).
I also hope that the drone video taker lets us see it. I liked the shorter Tour drive
What made my day was the NCRS 1953 being driven to the event and driven on the road tour.
