Traveling in Indiana and Michigan and have a question.
I'm traveling from Atlanta Ga to Saugatusk MI on Friday. Google maps has me driving up from Kentucky on 65 to Indianapolis then onto 31 to Michigan. On this route are there any big time speed traps that I need to be aware of ? It's a 12 hour drive and I'd like to avoid meeting any local law enforcement officer. LEO are wonderful people that have a very hard and dangerous job, I just don'y have the time on this trip to have a meet and greet with them.
Please share me the "Don't speed" lecture, I'm talking about 8 to 10 over,,,, I've heard of Michigan State troopers writing 2-5 over
Thanks for your time and help.

I’ve done that route many times. Nothing obvious comes to mind. I see more officers in Kentucky and
Tennessee. Safe Travels.

Michigan state cops are generally lenient, but be careful when you’re not on an interstate going through small towns. On 70 mph freeways 75-77 is very safe, above that you’re on your own.
