Default Driving your Vette, Super Car, or other Bad Azz car in January Part XXXXXXXVVVV

Well here we are in the new year January 2019 already, time sure does fly (each year seems to go faster). Given how fast life goes by, I am not going to let the recent salting of the roads keep my Porsche Turbo S from sitting in the garage this weekend when temperatures are going to be well in the 40s with all sun, this Friday and Saturday and upper 30s and dry on Sunday. A little salt powder isn't going to matter at all in the grand scheme of life, so out she comes (again)! As soon as we get a little rain hopefully Sunday evening, then the Viper will also be out prowling the streets in January.

The Corvette is down for the count for a little while. The last time I drove it was at the December crew lunch

It broke again. I just haven’t got around to fixing it. I drove it during the winter months every year until I bought the battery tender. If I didn’t drive once a week I would be replacing a battery.

My 2017 C7 Corvette is a daily driver. No problem in the cold weather and snow with Michelin winter tires.

That's awesome I love it, enjoy it in good health!

I welcome all this rain today as it beats the heck out of snow and will clean up the roads 100% of all the salt powders laid down last week!

Greetings to all - This So Far Mild Winter - from the South End the Great Lake they call Michigan !

It's your old friend 03 A/E Coupe checking in with a quick Thread Addition to Winter Driving and some News regarding my Corvette Alternative Commuter Car Pictured Here:

92,000 miles on the Corvette Preservation Commuter Car here, an '03 350Z Touring Edition in a Highly Desirable - Uber Rare - One Year Only Color called "Brickyard " - A/T with Fresh Tires - My Work Commuter over the last 4 years....

I gave it away to the Big Buick/GMC Dealer in Merrillville, IN on a trade in yesterday - This trusty steed is there for the Winter / Summer Fun Driving taking !

Just a PSA for fellow enthusiasts. This Adult Driven - 16 year old Pampered Survivor is fine Corvette Alternative and can be had really cheap - I literally gave them the title for oh so little Trade in Value !

Happy Winter Driving on those Snow Free Roads in your RWD Super Cars - and sorta - super cars too -

Somebody ****** this Beaut up - PLEASE - Don't let my laziness to curb it to a car guy or gal allow this baby to fall into the hands of a ricer punk kid to molest, Thanks !

Last edited by 03 A/E Coupe; 01-08-2019 at 06:15 AM. Reason: Please - really - somebody go save this baby

Anytime I can be driving my beloved mean green machine on January 8th, in greater Chicagoland, with clean salt free roads and 40 degree temps and the sun shining, I am a happy camper. If only this incredible weather the last 5 weeks would last!

Easy winter so far. Mine hasn't been stored for more than a few weeks at a time. We usually catch a break in Feb so hopefully the trend will continue.

That's what I'm hoping for too! Up until the recent 3 inches or so, this winter has been a cake walk and great for us hardcore drivers like us my friend!
