Yes if you want the best: provette67 here on the forum. He is well known and respected in C1 & C2 section. I hired him myself to inspect my '66 before buying it.

Not sure if you've already found a resource for this, but you may consider calling Dennis Tracy at Tracy performance. Back in 2002, I took a prospective '72 convertible to him for inspection.
He and his crew went over this car stem to stern, providing me with a detailed 5 page document identifying and grading just about everything you could imagine on this car. The whole process took close to 3hrs
to inspect and review with myself & the seller. I ended up purchasing the car with zero regrets, still own it to this day.

I'm not sure if he still offers this service, but it's worth a call. At one time, this shop was the go-to for any Corvette related mechanical work in the midwest. Good luck.

Thanks! Tracy looks like its less than an hour away from the sellers residence, so that could be an option.
