(ChicagoLand) Cruise Nights in Libertyville
For all those "Northern" guys that don't want to drive to Lombard and points South, there will be a Cruise Night in Libertyville, IL. once a month on the fourth Wednesday night of each month starting in May. Hosted by Libertyville Mainstreet. I am sure that they are looking for sponsors too. Downtown Libertyville. DJ's in Cook Park, food, etc. I will post more as I learn more. :cheers:

That's awesome!!!
I live 8 minutes from there. We can cruise until they kick us out, then we can have a bonfire back at my house afterwards!

Actually Libertyville was once a part of Canada. The Libertyvillians had a civil war, won, and then denounced Canada and became an independent country. Since that point, Libertyville struggled to stay a country (their military consisted of a slingshot and a buckknife) and they eventually gave up and became a town instead. :lurk:

Some of us need to learn how to read a calendar....
The cruise night is the FOURTH Wednesday night of each month.

Cool. Looks like something I will be able to attend (albeit in a rental) and is close by. Seems every other event scheduled is on one of my weekends I go back home. ;)
