Put image tags on the ends of the url. All pics are links they just show up in your post if you put tags on em.

So how do I change "You man not post attachments" to "You may post attachments"? Also it shows HTML code is Off.
Another question is how do I put my location in the file?

I think on CF you must be a supporting member in order to upload attachments to the server. Others will need to hotlink by uploading photos outside of CF and then use the IMG tag to display them. Or you could probably upload them into the Photo Album feature here on CF and link to them.
HTML being off is standard procedure for security and environmental reasons. Most of the common HTML tags can be done via IMG tags and other BB tags.
As far as location, go to UserCP: and then Edit Your Details and scroll down to Additional Information.
