I've recently had trouble with my photobucket pics.
After going to my pics in my PB acct, I resize the originals then post that pic on the forum, only to find out the pic is waaay tooooo large, so I delete it.
How do I correctly post the allowable sized pic from PB?
There are a number of free software packages available on the Internet that will allow you to re-size pics. I use IrfanView for my pics. Simple to use and FREE!

Thanks Mr Cruiser!
I have the free irfanview thingee also.
So, I need to re-size my pic on Irfanview first, then download the smaller pic to photobucket before posting on CF?
I thought (maybe mistakenly) that I could down size my pic using photbucket, then download to my post on CF.
It looks like Photobucket does have the capability to resize pics. Once you upload your pic, and your album pages shows it, above the pic it should show a line that says "edit|move|share|delete"
Click on "edit" and that opens a new page where you can click on the Resize button. Select one of the "preset values like 640x480, then click the Apply button. Then click on "Save a Copy" Photobucket will create a new pic using the original filename but adds a "-2" to the name. The extension (.jpg, .gif) stays the same Use that filename to insert the resized pick into your post.
