I have been a Lifetime member since 9/7/18. My profile and the information about me on the forum sites still list me as a Support member. I think it is important to other members as well as myself to properly identify the members membership type, especially when depending on their qualifications to help you with a technical issue. Please update my profile information so I will be listed as a Lifetime Member on the forum member identification.

Lifetime Gold
Hi y'all,
Since I just hit my 10 year mark I was considering moving from Lifetime Silver to Lifetime Gold. It was about one year ago I entered Lifetime Silver World, so
would it be possible for me to simply send an additional $100 now to get to Lifetime Gold, or do you require a lump sum of $200 at one time ?
I have found this Forum to be informative & educational.

I changed my preferred email for forum notifications yesterday and it seems to have wiped out my silver lifetime membership status and my extended PM storage capability.

I have manually corrected your account. Sometimes an email change causes the incorrect usergroup to appear for a member. However, the account does not lose the premium subscription and there's always a record/log tied to the account.

Hello,
After receiving notice that my "Supporting Membership" was expiring, I renewed my membership, but upgraded to the "Lifetime Supporting Member" for $100 on 11/12/19.
This morning (11/15/19), I received an email announcing the end of my yearly "Supporting Member" status. Shortly thereafter, I received an email confirming the renewal of my yearly "Supporting Member" membership with a PayPal deduction of $25. My member status is now "Supporting Member", not "Lifetime".
Obviously, this is an error. I've already upgraded to Lifetime. There is no need to renew any other membership status.
Please review my membership status, and correct the online representation to reflect my "Lifetime" membership.
Also, please discontinue any automatic renewal of membership.
I can supply all PayPal transaction IDs in a Private Message if needed.

I have updated your account to reflect the Lifetime membership.
I'll have one of the team get in contact with you about a refund for the other membership. It may not happen until Monday when they're back in the office.
Regarding future billings, you will need to log into your PayPal account and under Subscriptions you'll have to remove the Supporting Membership. We cannot access your PayPal account and it is PayPal that handles the re-occurring memberships. Therefore, you need to remove that in your PayPal account before next year so it doesn't occur next time.
