Default BLOCKING or IGNORING a CF members Posts or Photos

Are you tired of reading or seeing posts by other CF members who are mean, condesending to other CF members, or continously negative?

Are you tired of reading or seeing posts by other CF members who continously post photos when they have nothing to do with the thread?

Here's the steps to add a CF member to the IGNORE LIST.

How to add another CF member to the IGNORE LIST:

Reposted from another thread:

In the menu bar near the top of the page, click User CP. Your User Control Panel appears.

In the left side menu, click Edit Ignore List. The Edit Ignore List page appears.

In the edit box under "Add a Member to Your List..." type the name of the user you wish to ignore, click "SAVE".

Henceforth, instead of seeing that member's posts, you will see a single line:

This message is hidden because the CF member is on your ignore list. You can click View Post to reveal the hidden post without modifying your Ignore List, but I don't recommend it.

I have already added a few, and this works great.

Did the latest C7Jake thread spark this?

I kind of view it another way.

Seeing what rude members have to post is like checking out a car wreck, it's just something I want to do.

Also when rude members have been 'targeted', I like to see their posting habits. Are they rude all of the time or just part of the time?

When they get too unruly, I hit the report post icon, and bring them some attention from the moderators. To me, this is the best way, however since I'm an administrator on another (none car related) forum, I guess I just channel my 'inner administrator' to see what all happens.
