i have tried to change my avatar picture. It will not upload; it is less than the maximum size/ pixels. Thnx.!

In order to assist, we need some more information. Are there any error messages? Is the avatar show as uploaded but not selected? Not knowing your previous avatars, are you sure the avatar didn't upload and you're seeing a cached version? Are you sure you're uploading the avatar and checking the avatar and not mixing up with profile picture?
