Default need heater box parts or C2

I am restoring a 67 convertible and can't find a source for internal parts for the heater core box (no A/C). The flat spring plate is broken on the diverter door. I could rivet a new spring to the door but it would be much easier to replace the door assembly if I can find one. If anyone has any suggestions as to where I can purchase these parts I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks so much. Russell

Hello - I have a 66 heater box I'm going to salvage parts on if you still need the diverter door? I'm not sure which one you need? The one next to the heater core (larger)or the (smaller)diverter door that diverts heat to the defroster. Both are metal ? With pivot pins that protrude to the outside of the case.

Respectfully,

I believe it is the door that sends the heat to the defrost. It is the flap you can see through the top of the outlet in the attached pic of the box. I also am attaching pics of the door after removal. It measures approx. 3" X 5" and has rubber attached to the lower end and a metal scraper on one edge as well as the small spring steel clip on the upper side. You can see the broken spring in the pics to the bottom of the door. Thanks for the help. Let me know if you can provide this.

Please see pics of door I removed - some surface rust but intact to include rubber piece stapled to door. How about $10.00 bucks plus shipping?

Thanks,
Tugboat53

I was just wondering if you have had time to check on the heater door for the 67? I got busy on a different project and I am ready to finish the heater box installation if I can get the flap. Please let me know so we can make arrangements.
Thanks so much.
