Mr. Administrator, Can You Contact Me?
A friend of mine logged out and can't get back in. He's a 20+ year member of CF...
I have his user name, but his password won't work.. He asked me to help him out.
TIA.

Any member who suddenly can't log in because they forgotten their password can simply use the automated process by using the Forgot Password link. This link is displayed whenever a wrong password is supplied:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums....php?do=lostpw
The automated process only works if the account holder has access to the email address that is currently associated with their CorvetteForum account. If they've changed email addresses and did not update the email address on their CorvetteForum account, the next best step is to use the Contact Us link that's displayed in the footer of every forum page or the following link:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/sendmessage.php Emails go to Support, which can assist with account issues. The member needs to provide the email address currently associated with their CorvetteForum account, even if they no longer have access to that email address, for verification.
Finally, there's a manual way of contacting Support for Support questions:
forumsupport@corvetteforum.com
I would suggest you have the member do one of the above - since you didn't provide any details of who the member is so they can't be contacted (assuming their email address on their account is valid).

I point out the latter because the email address you provided as a contact for the member is the same email address still on the account. Therefore, all the member needs to do is use the automated Password Recovery.
One issue I see is you refer to the member as "Patrick's'57" when it's actually "Patrick's '57". Note the space. It is required. Is the member not adding the space? If they're not, that's part of the issue.

I have manually fixed your account.
