“BB code left is not allowed”
I received an inquiry today from a member by VM. I don’t like to discuss things in public by using VM, so I responded by PM. However, as always, I posted to that conversation a response saying that I was going to respond by PM.
I kept getting an error code that said “1. BB code left is not allowed.”
I tried everything and could not get the message to post. What is new? What am I doing wrong?

Without knowing more information, it's difficult to know. Such as exactly what you typed in your message. If there was anything hidden that you may not have seen, etc., etc.
If it continues or happens again, hit the Source button and do a screen capture and then post the screen capture for review.

My entire message was "(name), I responded to you in a Private Message."
However, I was using my ipad. I just went up andused my desktop and it worked fine.
It's crazy how my various devices do their own thing.

We need to see the results of the Source button, which I don't think your screen capture shows. Next time, use the Source button then screen capture. Want to make sure there isn't something hidden that might be added. Source button should show, if any.
