Just tested again, iPhone and iPad. No luck uploading pics. Is this an issue you guys can’t figure out or haven’t had time to really look into?
Team is investigating. They thought they found the issue but apparently that wasn't quite the case.
Although some say they can't upload anything at all for the last few months, it is not completely broken as we have members uploading attachments daily. I can still upload attachments, as shown below. Meaning, the issue is not 100% cut and dry and that adds to the delay.
I'm still having trouble posting pictures but now instead of working 2 out of 10 times it works 50% of the time. But if I type response and then try to post picture my typed response gets removed. I have to edit and add typed response. I still can't post more than one picture in a post.
Using laptop.

Not sure if the forum just got working again, or if I found a work-around. I have been hitting "quote", typing my reply, then trying to upload pics, with the result everyone is having.
BUT - just now just for kicks I copies the text (including the quote from someone else) on my reply, and started over. This time instead of hitting "quote" I went below the last post to "post quick reply". I pasted everything there, including the quote, and then uploaded my pics in the normal way and it worked fine.
Maybe my timing was just right and the tech gurus have it all fixed for everyone. If not, give my way a try and see if that works for you. Obviously you don't have to quote anything, but maybe "quick reply" is the way to go.
This is the message I get when floating the cursor over the upload button: "Please wait until the processes end to insert them into the post". Running Windows10 and Edge browser same issue with Chrome. Looks like it stops at 99%.
Those that still have the issue, it helps to make sure to provide some basic information. That it doesn't work isn't descriptive enough to provide help. This issue is not cut and dry as, shown below, someone like myself can upload pictures without experiencing the issue. So we need information.
1) Did it work for a few days until recently?
2) What browser, version and operating system is being used?
3) Make sure to state at what point the failure occurs. Not getting to 100% upload? Or getting past 100% upload and the pictures don't appear in the post?

1) Did it work for a few days until recently? Pretty sure it worked until a few days ago when I tried to post an image. Not important so I ignored it until I had time today to try again.
2) What browser, version and operating system is being used? Windows 10 operating system, Edge Browser (42.17134.1.0) , and Chrome browser (69.0.3497 64 bit)

I can browse and select a .jpg from my files and it appears in the upload window, but just before it appears the per cent numbers stop at 99%. The picture is fine and looks done. When I put the cursor over Upload I get the message to wait until the process completes, which it never does I guess. Drag and drop doesn't work either and I do not get a prohibited image (circle with a diagonal line).
I can try later on my iMac later which uses Firefox after my wife quits playing Solitaire.
UPDATE:
Same indications continue with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6, and Foxfire Quantum 59.0.1 or Safari V12.0.

After trying to use the upload button, sometimes deletes all the text, some times no photo, sometimes you get a photo but in the wrong place in the text,
Calling from the image icon works better than using the inline attachments.
So this is the first error I get

Is everybody or only part of the Forum having this problem? I even tried posting from my phone using 4G and it would not work. Does anybody know someone who can post images and maybe post their system settings? Thank you..

Can't say everybody because I can still post attachments and our system shows daily attachment activity. However, we do know there is an issue and we are investigating. As to exactly what is causing it, we're still looking into it.
JT, you asked for more detail, here’s my experience with my iPhone and iPad.
I click on Advanced to get the paper clip icon to add a photo
i choose from my device
i choose my pic and click upload on the upper right. Pic uploads 100%.
Takes me back to the thread page with no pic
I click manage attachment, nothing there to manage, only “upload” which takes me thru the same song and dance again and yet again, accomplishes nothing.
