pasting @username into a post doesn't generate a tag

You must select the username so the code is properly generated in the background. I was able to paste an entire @username string and have the dialog box appear with just that one member's name to select.

If you don't get the list when typing @ sign and begin typing in the username, or pasting it, then state the browser you're using and make sure you're not using 3rd party plugins that are filtering or altering the website. These features require some scripts to be working and not blocked. This is the first case I've heard of it not working.

I see. I found that if I back up one character I get the tag. Looks like the codes won't work since they require the numeric I'd. Thanks for the help.
