Since the new format went into effect, I've attached pictures to my posts by clicking Browse Your Device, find the photo that's saved on my desktop, doubleclick on it and watch the percentage go to 100%, then Upload, wait a minute or so, then Submit.
For a few months, that worked fine.
Then for a month or two, I might have to try two or three times before the picture would appear.
Now for about a month, it doesn't matter how many times I try, the photo never appears.
In order to assist more information is needed. What browser and version are you using as well as any extensions?
Your album shows recent activity for picture attachments for posts. So is the issue that the picture does upload but does not get attached to the post itself?
Link to your album below. It is correct procedure for pictures attached to posts to go to your album (which should then the system supposed to attach to the post). So if the pictures in the album below are indeed the ones you've been attaching, then that tells us the upload is working but the failure is attaching to a specific post: https://www.corvetteforum.com/g/album/11319615

I'm using Windows 10 with IE11, and was using the same systems a few months ago when everything worked properly.
The pictures I've tried to post are indeed in my album, so that seems to mean they are uploading but not attaching.
It looks like it's working now, I had been going to "Manage Attachments" and not clicking on the little postcard icon first.
Funny that the pics did attach for a long time without the postcard icon, and then stopped.
I'll use the postcard icon now. If you don't hear from me again, that means it's working.

It worked fine until just before Christmas and now about 75% of the time my entire post and the pictures simply disappears and the forum sends me to the first page of a multi page thread. I use the icon above, select my picture(s), wait for them to load 100% (this time varies greatly!), sometimes make comments on them, and then hit Submit.
Out of frustration I have started taking screen shots of my pictures before hitting Submit. I’ll try to post the most recent screen shot. Wish me luck.

As indicated, I have not heard of such an issue where you lose all photos, all comments, and then get directed to the first page of the thread. I replied to your thread and also requested information.
Also, the upload times will, of course, vary because it depends on the quantity and size of files being uploaded as well as connection health from your point to CorvetteForum's point and all in between.
