Hi Glenn. I couldn't remember the exact date, but I knew it was around the middle of April. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you and Linda. This June will be the first anniversary of my grandson Lucas leaving us, and I will try to follow your example and focus on the good times and cherishing the memories of the good parts of his life as you have with Linda. My thoughts are with you and Linda.

I couldn't imagine losing my 8 year old son. I admire your strength and courage.

But like our pastor likes to say, "if God brings you to it, he'll bring you through it".

She sounds like the kind of person who makes your life richer for just having known her

Hey Glenn,
I may be down here in SC on another mad house project but I know it's April and a sad time of the year for you. It is amazing that we lost our only children in 2005. I know it sounds crazy but I still hear the phone ring and hope it's Brad. We feel honored that our bricks are side by side @ the museum. Our granddaughter is 9 years old now. Really growing up. She is all we have of him. She is really his clone in female form. Hope to see you this fall. We rarely take the cars out of the garage.
Take care and God bless you,
Jim & Janet

Hey Glenn. Here again. Haven't been hangin' on this forum as much lately, but just wanted to pop in and let you know I was thinking of you. Best wishes to you, and hope you are doing well.

Glenn, reading this thread makes me believe how wonderful of a daughter and a person Linda was. I send my condolences from OH and i hope that you will somehow find peace, though i can imagine that it may be close to impossible. i cherish my two daughters and my son and reading your story helps me realize just how much my kids mean to me and how importanat and irreplaceable they are. i cannot imagine the pain you feel. please continue to be strong and cherish her memory.

Wow. God bless you man. You will see her again on the other side and being the father of a little girl, this one hit me hard.
