I lived in Cordova, Tn about 8 years ago, but I did not know Tina. I still read the Memphis paper everyday, but I have not seen any update on this tragic situation. Anybody have any updated info?

She surely sounds like a most wonderful person.

We're coming up on six weeks since Tina disappeared and there have been no updates from the Bartlett Police Dpt. -- not even the cause of death has been released. Hope this isn't one of those cases that end up on "Cold Case Mysteries" 20 years from now.

Ken, I'm sure the autopsy revealed the cause of death, but it has not been revealed by the investigators. All I've seen in the media is that police are continuing to work on the case and are not revealing any details so as to protect the investigation. I haven't even seen them ask the public to contact them if they saw or heard anything that might be useful to the investigation.

The family did offer a $10K reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect/s.

So, I'm not sure what to make of the situation.

thats terrible. I can understand not releasing info to preserve the investigation, but if you dont have anything, you would think they would be looking to the public for help........

It's been five months today since our friend Tina Caronna was taken from us -- bound with duct tape, strangled and put in the back passenger area of her Chevy Avalanche, which was abandoned on a dead-end street.

Today her husband Joe Caronna was captured by U.S. Marshals in a motel in Jackson, TN. He had been on the run since being named in a first-degree murder warrant on March 8.

LeAnn, one of Tina's many friends, set up a facebook page last night to help her and others who cherish Tina's memory and the friendship they have lost:

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gi...5130182&ref=ts

God bless Tina and the friends and family members who miss her. God be with those who will be a part of the judicial process in bringing this matter to an appropriate conclusion.
