It's been one year: RIP Chuck McConnell "FELNGR8" 12/23/07
Forum member FELNGR8 (Chuck McConnell) passed away on 12/23/07 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. I just wanted to post a memorial for him since it's been a year and he's been on my mind a lot this holiday season.
I met Chuck at a CorvetteForum southeast region event. Since we both had red 1994s, we talked a lot and attended many events like the Skyline cruises and drag days at Capital Raceway, along with weekly cruise-ins here in VA. This man sure could drive. He was like a second dad to me and I enjoyed listening to his advice at the drag days and dyno days we attended. My life has truly been enriched from knowing him.

If you want a real treat, go to youtube.com and search the videos for the user 'vetteguy1943'. You will see the videos Chuck made of his driving at the Tail of the Dragon. Like I said, the man could drive!
RIP Chuck, we will forever miss you.
