Marine who loved his Corvette

I just read in our local paper about a young marine who recently passed away. It mentioned that he had a special love for his corvette. His name was Kevin E. Rodrick. He was 31. He had recently served in Iraq. His hometown was Waterford, WI. I did not not this young man, but as with all service men and women, we owe him our utmost respect. The fact the was a corvette guy makes it more than appropriate for us on this forum to offer our respects here.
I wish his family comfort and they are in my prayers. As for Kevin, you are home, rest in peace. tdb

God bless the men and women who put themselves in harm's way for the protection of freedom. We owe eternal gratitude to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice on our behalf.
We commend to God the soul of our Corvette brother.

I would just like to say thank you to everybody! I was having a rather sad day and googles Kevin's name and this site popped up. I'd just like to say how wonderful it is to know that he is still being missed and most of how much he was loved and respected. I miss him dearly and he was such a wonderful person/man/marine.

I've never been in the service, but I have many friends and relatives who are Marines. May God bless all of you for your service to your country.

Rest in peace bro, this country is what it is because of you and all the other brave souls who put themselves in harms way everyday. You loved your Country and and your Country remembers and honors you.
