I just wanted to come on Dave's favorite forum and let you know Dieseldave56 has passed away. You on the forum have provided him with years of enjoyment and fun as well as great discussion. I may have a few questions about his corvette from time to time and may need some help so I will let you know. I do not have his password so will use dieseldaveswife. Thank you for all of your input and support over all of the years. RIP baby...I LOVE YOU!

Unfortunately I did not know Dave, but as a fellow Corvette owner, I am saddened to hear of his passing. My sincere condolences and prayers go out to his wife and family. May he rest in peace.

This kind of news is always to sad to hear....Words have little meaning to offer, but know that your sadness is understood, and that I and my husband wish you fond memories of the times now past, and the courage and strength to endure the grief..There will be a sunny day again some time in the future, when the thoughts of him will bring smiles to you rather than the tears that come today...may that day come as soon as it can...

So sorry to hear. I didn't know Dave personaly, but I did have some PM correspondance with him about modifying shifters. He was a true Corvette enthusiast, and his contributions will be missed on this forum.
