Merry Christmas From Heaven
I'm a 36 year old man, with a 1959 corvette that I would trade for anything to get my dad back. I lost my dad to cancer last year on the 20th, we had his funeral on the 24th. Christmas isn't the same. He was a great man. He bought his first vette in 63 and its the one i have now. He was quit a Chevy man. I just wanted to share a poem for anybody else that is missing there favorite "vette" person.
MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM HEAVEN
I still hear the songs,
I still see the lights
I still feel your love on the cold wintery nights
I still share your hopes and all of your cares
I'll even remind you to please say your prayers
I just want to tell you, you still make me proud
You stand head and shoulders above all the crowd
Keep trying each moment, to stay in His grace
I came here before you to help set your place
You don't have to be perfect all of the time
He forgives you the slip, if you continue to climb
To my family and friends,
please be thankful today
I'm still close beside you,
In a new special way
I love you all dearly,
Now don't shed a tear
Cause I'm spending my
CHRISTMAS with Jesus this year!

So sorry for your loss. I feel your pain. My 25 year old son was killed in a car accident last Xmas eve (2010). Just remember our loved ones are never really gone. I know your Dad as well as my Son will live in our hearts and be with us at all times while we are in this life.
We will see them again.
We will see them again.
