Default Help me figth Pancreatic Cancer

A little over a year and a half ago I lost my mother to pancreatic cancer. It is a silent killer and can suddenly take someones life, even a perceived healthy person, in a couple months.

My mom was the one who encouraged me to get a corvette and was so happy when I did. I am grateful for the times I was able to give her a ride around in it.

Every year I vowed to help raise money and awareness for this disease. There is an event going on in the Houston area. Please take a look and if you are not in the area, any donation is sincerely appreciated.

Our goal is to help prevent this horrible disease from suddenly taking future loved ones away from families.

My Father passed away several years ago(77 years old) from Pancreatic Cancer. And as you were saying even people considered healthy can suddenly develop this disease. My father never drank or smoked and excersized everyday. Then one day he told me he felt a stomach ache that would not go away. Went to the doctor took a battery of tests and found that he would only live for another 6 months. I saw my father starve to death because he could not eat without feeling pain, Very brutal disease. Condolences to your family
