R.I.P. Torch (Don)

Donald quietly passed away in his sleep March 2. The cause of death was related to heart disease. I am still in shock and this is very hard to type to you all. Donald enjoyed the forum so much. He was always telling me about the stuff you all were talking about and showing me the pictures.

Very sorry for the loss. If you kick around south central Nebraska and visit a place called Clint's Tavern people know of "Torch" and the "ERA" hat from the discovery show. It was an auction piece here for St. Judes. I won the auction with the pilots autographs etc. and put the hat on display at the store. Thousands of patrons would flow through the place and anyone interested got the story. A lot of people were interested...again sorry for the loss

I'm sorry for you loss Debra. Don was a great guy and I loved reading his stories about bush flying in the great white north.
