Columbus -- LG Motorsports
It is with an extremely heavy heart and a tears in our eyes that we must say goodbye to one of our own yesterday. Columbus crossed the bridge on 9-11-14 to the gates of doggie heaven.
For almost 15 years, Columbus was a dedicated part of this shop and all of the customers that have came through our doors. He guarded the shop and cars every night without fear. Every morning he greeted customers at the door with a smile and wagging tail.
Those of you that had the chance to meet him in person knew he was a very special dog, and was loved by all.
It will never be the same without you here.
Godspeed buddy

Sorry to hear about your beloved pet . My wife and I have had two wonderful dogs that on grew up with the kids and one we lost 3 months ago that had been with us since the children started their lives away from his home.... Wonderful companions, miss her every day when I get home and she isn't waiting. Take care brother....

Never easy. Our dogs are our kids. I remember seeing him the first time. A little intimidating. : ).

Met him several times. A little intimidated the first time for a few seconds. What a sweet dog. I'm sorry for the loss of your best friend. We don't have kids and our pups are "kids". It is sooooo hard to loose them. He is waiting across the rainbow bridge for you.
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... Author unknown...

Very sorry for your loss, I've got 3 of my own and they are all getting up in years, I know one day I may have to go through this very thing and it's not going to be easy, the one thing that helps is knowing that they have lived the best life and are always happy, you can see from the Pics that's your dog has a great life and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Cool Dog
I haven't been on here in a while. I remember him as such a great dog the couple times I had been in the shop. I have a special place in my heart for Rott's and he was certainly a cool one. May he rest in peace.

So sorry for your loss. I have been there a few times and it's the toughest thing I have gone through. Had a gorgeous lab who,was my best friend for 14.5 years. She's been gone for 2 years and I miss her everyday. I truly believe dogs are gods best creation.
