Passing of Paul Latour (Paul67, Paul L) - November 10, 2018
My brother Paul passed away yesterday after a 15 month long battle with cancer at the age of 70. An active member of Corvette Forum since 1999, Paul loved Corvettes from an early age, purchasing his first Corvette, a 1979 L-82 in 1986. In 2003 Paul sold his 79 to me, which I still own, and purchased a 1967 Coupe. After a few years he sold the 67 and bought a 1974 convertible which he still owned, although because of his illness he hadn't driven the past year or so.
A long time member of Ottawa's Capital Corvette Club, Paul drove locally most often, going to car shows, cruise in's and to Merrickville, a small town outside of Ottawa for ice cream cones with his wife Marlene.
RIP big brother.

Always enjoyed Paul's "ice cream cruise" as well as his annual "season in review" posts as the car went into storage.
My deepest condolences to you and the rest of the family.

I am sorry to hear this. Paul74 and I had some conversations in the C3 section. He seemed to really enjoy the cars. RIP Paul.

My sincerest condolences. In my experience, vette guys are almost always part of the good guys club. May he rest in peace. Beautiful '74 by the way!
