Default 13K miles on front tires - problem?

I have 13k miles on my front tires that are worn and need replaced. The back tires are fine. The dealership admits it doesn't look like it's due to an unaligned front end because they are worn evenly. Does this sound unusual to anyone? The back tires should of gone before the front... right? Possible defect in the tire?

Where are they worn? The whole tire, left side, right side?

I suggest you actually measure the remaining tread depth to be sure. Also you can see the wear bars in relationship to tread. I have heard of others getting this type mileage. Even tread wear would seem to indicate it is not an alignment issue. However, aggressive driving should be considered and you would be the one who would be able to answer this issue.

Regarding the rear tires, they are somewhat larger and turn less revolutions per mile than the front ones, so they should last a litttle longer.

Hope this helps.
