'76 C3 in Portland, OR
Proud new owner of a '76 C3 that's just arrived from my fiance's father's garage in New Mexico, where she sat for the last 17 years. She's got a layer of dust 1/4" thick in places and reeks of fuel, but she runs and she's all ours.
Hope to pick some brains and learn a lot as we refurbish her. Have already read through Stinger12's '76 Newbie thread, quite inspiring (and a little daunting at the same time!).

Thanks all. Finally got a free moment to snap some photos of her in her new habitat, they're in my Garage now. PM me if you see anything blatantly Bubba or amiss (aside from the 1/4" of dust in the engine bay).
I think I've tracked the strong fuel smell down to a disconnected line between the charcoal canister and the carb, the metal weave around the hose made it look like it was still attached to the carb. Hoping the temp fix will allow me to park her in the garage again without fear of ignition now! Have at least an oil change and a new radiator reserve tank cap-ectomy to perform before I can get her out and DEQ'd (darn you Washington County and your "after '75, get 'er smogged" rules!).
