Hello fellow vetters, after a long search for the car with everything I wanted, I finally found it. It's a 2000 frc, the only thing I don't care for is the fact that someone put Z06 rear brake ducts on it. Not that I don't like them I just don't want it to be a "fake" anyways thanks for accepting me to the forum. Jeff in upstate NY
Thanks, I have a few mods to do over the winter months,mostly engine mods. I also have a bad gear in a headlight motor. Do you guys suggest switching to brass gears or just picking up a new motor assy.

The brass gears are best/least expensive long term fix. ~$35
For the short term disconnect the lift mechanism link from the motor/gear shaft, rotate the motor by hand 180 degrees (from the other end of the motor, there's a ****) and reconnect the lift link. The mechanism inside the motor/gear only uses half the plastic gear inside. This allows it to use the unused half to raise and lower the headlights.
Remember to disconnect the motor power while doing this.
