Introduction and greetings from the Beautiful Southern California Mojave Desert
Good day folks,
My name is Gilberto and I am an active duty Army Soldier stationed in Southern California getting ready to retire after 20 years of active duty in the Infantry.
I love Sports cars and specially the corvette, I have been lucky enough to have owned a 2007 and 2008 model years. My love of cars does not end with the corvette. I have been fortunate enough to own the following: 2004 Miata Mazdaspeed, 2005 Mustang Shelby CS8 conversion, 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo and many others. I just have a love for cars, it all started with a 1997 Pontiac Trans Am LT1 which I bought in Germany while I was stationed there for 3 years.. There is nothing better than safely driving a V8 powered sporty car like the Trans AM and blowing the doors off many Porsches that would try to challenge me on the Autobahn. I am starting to conduct the research necessary to purchase a C7 Corvette in the next year or so as my financial situation allows me to. Looking forward to having some great discussions with some of you, and learning a lot from everyone. I am very good at reading and understanding all forums rules, and I have this great ability to use the Search feature before asking a question but nobody is perfect so please be understanding.
