Default 2014 C7 salvage rebuild project

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum but been using the forum for the past 2 months a lot because I picked up a 2014 C7 from the salvage yard. The front bumper rails were pushed over breaking the seam welds to the frame. Luckily the frame where the suspension bolts to didn't take a hit. Here are some pictures of the car when I first got it home.

I have really enjoyed learning more about the car and seeing the engineering and design behind it. The interior of the car was in good shape for being in an accident. Just the normal seat belts and driver airbag. Does anyone know if I have to remove the airbag module to have it reset or if it can be left in the car and reset?

Here are some pictures where I'm at now.

If any one has experience installing new wheel housings or welding the bumper rails to the frame and making sure everything is square would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not a body guy by any stretch but that damage shown in your first picture resulted in a total loss?? Looks are often deceiving because I wouldn't have expected that to total a 50k car.

I'll be watching your progress to learn more...good luck with the repair.
