Hi new member from central california
After forty years and 4 daughters looking to buy my 2nd vette. My last was a used low mileage 68 T top, 4spd.which I sold in 75. As usual I had to sell due to kids and insurance! Over the years I have owned numerous mustangs, firebirds, camaros and hot rods, all pre computer era.
I have been considering 2006 to 2012 6 speed coupes. I prefer red and blue tones in the color dept. What I'm clueless about is what mileage range to consider, price ranges and equipment packages. Should I buy from dealer, used car lot or private owner. I would like to stay below $35k. I don't care about depreciation as I plan on keeping the car. It will not be a daily driver, perhaps 5k mileage a year. A lot of the articles I have read are old and I don't know if the recommendations and prices are current?
I have been checking websites and the prices are all over the map? Could use some expert advice. Thanks in advance for your indulgence and help.

They'll give you good suggestions for C6 cars and prices.
