All original 1999 corvette
Hi All
I'm new to Corvette Forum and I just recently purchased a 1999 Corvette / its hardly been driven - a lot of it's life it has spent in a climate controlled garage. It has about 5,600 original miles on it ( factory GM plastic on the floor yet, plastic covering the radio, all original fluids except the oil which was changed (Mobile 1) before I drove it home.)
My question is: I've read on other threads on other places on the web that DEX-COOL can become acidic as it ages.
Just wondering others thoughts on this issue and or perhaps the cooling system should be flushed?
Any input anyone has would be much appreciated.
