Default 2010 ZR1-Dallas, TX

What's up y'all?
I'm Alan. I just bought a 2010 ZR1 and man, what a car! Apparently I never knew what fast was before, but now I do. I hope to learn more about my car and what I need to do to take good care of it. Looking forward to jumping into the mix.

Awesome car! I also live in the Dallas area. I don't know what the mileage is, or the maintenance record on the car, but the first thing I did when I bought my C6 Z06 was get all the fluids changed ( oil, clutch, brake, power steering, rear diff and coolant). I would recommend 21st Century Muscle cars - contact Matt. They do excellent work. The other thing you might consider is paint protection film, or you will end up with rock chips. If you want a recommendation, just let me know.

The first thing I did was get a fresh oil change and then a new set of tires. I do need to catch the rest of that list asap, but I am more of a DIY guy. I just need to get some low profile arms for my Rotary 9000 lift first. As for the car, it was supposed to be a one owner. It was nicely kept and had just short of 30k miles on it. I bought it from Texas Hot Rides, who sells a lot of cool cars, but they rarely come with any kind of records. I was lucky to even get a key fob. I have 3 door keys, but only the one fob and no owners manual. Apparently, that wasn't a deal breaker.

Welcome from FTW side of the metroplex.

Nice looking ZR1! If you ever think of upgrading to a newer year--I want to be first in line to buy!

BTW, here's a few of the clubs in the area: the North Dallas club, the Corvette club of TX, the Lone Star club, and North TX club.

Maybe we'll meet out at Texas Motor Speedway at the Lone Star Corvette Classic--a bunch of events including autocross:
