Hi guys, Yep it's true. I've been a hardcore Ford guy my whole life. Owned a zillion Mustangs and Shelbys over the years. Even some Porsche's and a couple of Chevy's and Mopar's along life's journey, but never pulled the trigger on my closet dream car. Well, I just retired and my wife surprised me with a new car. It's the car I always wanted. And now, we are both in love with my new attitude. I may never own another Shelby. We are now embracing the Corvette lifestyle and loving it!

We are planning a trip up to Fort Worth to visit family this summer, but I'm not sure if it will be in May or June. I'd REALLY like to check out the Lone Star Classic. If we can be there for the event, I'll ping you here on the forum. Thx for the invite! Dan
