NCD in Snow! aka the corvette owner shudder
Hi all! I never actually introduced myself, so hello!
I picked up a black on black 2009 base C6 back in January from Salem Oregon (Lithia Honda picked it up at auction from Texas in ~Sept 2016, and it sat on their lot until I decided the price was right).
Anyways, I drove up with the wife, stayed the night in a hotel, and went to buy the car the next morning. It was a brisk ~20 degrees Fahrenheit for most of the 7 hour drive back to home in California, and I drove through rain, sleet and snow.
Oh, and did I mention with no heater?
That has since been remedied, but I didn't notice until I was an hour or so away from the dealership (after the warmth of the showroom was replaced with bitter, see your own breath inside the car, cold.
Anyways, all is good now. Applied some love and maintenance, and she is so much fun.
