Hi to all. From SW Fla. My name is Dave aka Fin, due to the name of my boat, Fin-Addict. Recently lost my wife of 51 years. She always wanted me to have my dream car so here I am with a recently purchase vette. Wanted to fill her wish. It’s an 03’ Conv. 50th. Anniversary Edition with the 50th. Pkg., Maganic Red & Shale. My favorite color combo. Right place, right time. Private seller, orig. owner (women), garage kept and fitted cover, 31k miles and new rubber. Not a mark on her, inside or out. Less than 20K. Already made two road trips from Fl. To NC and KY. Handles like a dream with bad back and all. Was told how to get in and out without a problem. Only thing that is a neg for me is night driving. Use to my SUV which sits higher, lol. Vette’s lights do not project as I am use too. Fog lights no help. Would not mind adding small light bars next to fogs for hwy. or mountain rd. drives. Want to keep it stock as much as possible but safety counts. I look forward to being an active member of this family
regards,
Fin

Welcome to the forum, Fin, and congratulations on your C5! Sounds very nice.
Sorry about your wife, but know she's pleased that you're honoring her request to have your dream car. Glad to hear you're getting the car out and driving it.
